I am a business owner and a property investor who is training with the Property Investors Network on their mastermind programme. Before working with Pam I was finding it extremely difficult to manage the pressure that comes with property training. Alongside training, I work part time and I have a young family to take care of. I was experiencing heightened stress and overwhelm.

I wasn’t coping very well with the pressure and so I knew I needed Pam’s support. Through coaching, we have been focusing on my self-care, mindset and confidence. Pam has been absolutely incredible. She listens to my struggles and somehow manages to unpick my thoughts. She helps me see situations from a whole new perspective and never fails to make me feel enlightened.

It’s unbelievable how far I have come mentally in such a short space of time. Even friends and family have noticed a difference in me which is amazing.

Pam has encouraged me to live in the moment and embrace all experiences. Although I am a work in progress, I have begun to see myself in a different light. I am a calmer more confident person. I have learnt to practically find solutions to my self destructive thoughts and I am now starting to enjoy the process. All of this is thanks to Pam. Pam’s coaching made me so mindful of my actions. I tidied up my thoughts and my everyday life as a result. I no longer leave things, I action them straight away. I now take time for myself and the guilt I carried when I wasn’t working has gone. I have turned my focus on self-care and mindfulness. I think ahead to what I want and set goals to get there.

Results - I had the best 2 sales months whilst working with Pam (and I see no reason why this wouldn’t continue). I have learnt to say no to things that I know will not work for me or I simply don’t want to do. I don’t feel like my time is wasted (which was only by myself). I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to @Pam Shanker who I had a 1:1 business coaching call with.

 Pam recommended lots of things for my business Savvy Style and how I can help spread the word, get more clients. One of the things she advised me on was ask clients for before and after pictures, which I was shy about asking (perhaps imposter syndrome got the better of me). So I decided to listen and put my big girls pants on and started asking for pictures as part of the styling service I provide. This has helped Savvy Style in 4 ways:

1) my clients see the significant change made through working with me.

2) it empowers my clients- "WOW I did that because I chose me"

3) I see clearly how shit hot I am as a stylist - challenging imposter syndrome head on.
